By using DrawDiff ("the Service") at drawdiff.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DrawDiff is a free, browser-based PDF comparison tool. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to any server.

3. Permitted Use

You may use DrawDiff for personal and professional purposes including internal business use. The Service is provided free of charge with no account required.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, or resell the DrawDiff software or source code without written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
Misrepresent the origin or ownership of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Your PDF files remain entirely your own. DrawDiff makes no claim to any content you process using the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrawDiff is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Waldman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Compliance

DrawDiff processes files entirely in the browser with no server upload. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with any applicable regulations, including export control, data protection, or classification requirements (e.g. ITAR, GDPR).

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
